Mentoring
Our mentoring program aims to pair up current students with industry professionals to support the growth of women in engineering. The program aims to prepare young engineering students for success in the workforce and strengthen networks between students and industry.
This is a great opportunity for industry professionals to develop their leadership, networking and mentoring skills, and share experiences to help support diversity in engineering. For students, it is an opportunity to gather insight into life outside of university. We hold three development evenings over the course of the year focusing on goal setting, preparing for the workforce and skills to success. Overall, this program greatly benefits both our mentees and mentors.
