EngineeringNZ Speed Interviews

This term, WIE had the privilege of partnering with Engineering New Zealand to host their Speed Interviews event in Christchurch. The event kicked off with pizza and refreshments giving students and professionals a bit of time to mingle before the interviews. There were three rounds of interviews in which students were asked questions and given feedback by industry professionals ranging from graduates to senior engineers.

Not only was it a perfect opportunity for students to practice and receive feedback on their “interview” in preparation for upcoming graduate and internship roles, but it was also an awesome opportunity to network. Some professionals even mentioned it was a good opportunity for them to practice their interviewing skills which was great to hear!
